Bruce Cowley

Bruce is seasoned professional with extensive board experience.

Bruce’s diverse portfolio includes roles as a non-executive director on several Boards, including Australian Retirement Trust, Sunshine Coast Hospital & Health Service, Klarna Australia, Fijian Drua and he serves as the Chair of Queensland Trust for Nature.

Bruce is also a member of the Takeovers Panel, is an Adjunct Professor at The University of Queensland and has also authored two books on corporate governance.

Bruce has been recognised for his contributions to governance, receiving awards such as the Australian Institute of Company Directors Gold Medal and the Queensland Law Society President's Medal for services to the legal profession.
