Piazza Improvement Works
South Bank Corporation is undertaking important refurbishment and maintenance works at the South Bank Piazza from early April 2024 until late July 2024.
Precinct Project Works
In 2023, South Bank Corporation completed important safety improvements to Grey Street (between Vulture Street and Russell Street), with upgrades to footpaths, centre road median crossings and lighting and landscaping.
Southpoint
Southpoint is located at the southern end of Grey Street within the South Bank precinct. It features three towers comprising well positioned residential apartments, Brisbane's luxury boutique Emporium Hotel, A-Grade commercial office space and an exciting new retail and dining plaza.
Riverside Green
Riverside Green is the latest addition to South Bank Parklands and provides visitors with an expansive riverside lawn, more rainforest, stunning city views and new gathering places to enjoy
The site of the former riverside restaurants, severely damaged in the 2011 floods, has been transformed into a world-class open space.

The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre underwent a major expansion in 2011 and was officially launched in January 2012.

The Brisbane headquarters for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) is located on the corner of Grey and Russell Streets at South Bank.

River Quay
River Quay (formerly known as the Boardwalk Redevelopment) is the Parkland's vibrant waterfront dining precinct located just steps from the Goodwill Bridge.
